Congratulations on completing the C Factor Leadership Program!

The C Factor Program gave you permission to step away from your day-to-day and thoughtfully define your leadership profile. It was an opportunity for you to increase your self-awareness, reflect on your leadership style, and be intentional about what kind of leader you want to be.

It's now time to take this increased self-awareness, self-reflections, and intentionality and turn it into a tangible leadership action plan aimed at building your confidence as a leader.

Before you create your own personalized leadership action plan, review all of your assessment results and then complete the Leadership Portfolio Quicksheet.
​
Once you have completed the quicksheet, SEND A COPY TO HELLO@CFACTORCOMMUNITY.COM BEFORE YOUR ONE-ON-ONE SESSION.
​
You can then begin to create your Confident Leader Action Plan.
​
Ideally, you will complete a draft of this before your one-on-one session with Christine or Libby. If you have a draft, please also forward a copy to hello@cfactorcommunity.com before your one-on-one so Christine or Libby can go over it with you.
